Masala Bread Toast (Lyengar Bakery Style)

- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon ketchup (sauce)
- salt according to taste

- 5-6 bread cuts (wheat or earthy colored bread)
- 1-2 tablespoon spread or ghee
Warmth oil in a dish. Add mustard and jeera, let them splutter.

Add jeera powder, chaat masala or (garam masala), red stew powder, and mix well for one more moment.


Oil a tawa and warmth it over a medium fire. Spread margarine or ghee on both the sides of the bread piece and spot on the tawa.
Cook on a medium fire for a couple of moments and afterward flip to the opposite side. Cook on both the sides till they become brilliant brown and fresh.
